Errata for Problem Set 5 Solutions

(2)  The solution actually shows the Taylor series expansion of 1 / (1 + x) instead of
     1 / (1 - x).  The correct solution is 1 + x + x^2 + x^3 + ...

(5b) The solution is missing the constant 2 from in front of the square root.
